Three grades of organic bulk matcha, from Japanese ceremonial to culinary, all certified under Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Soil Association standards under code GB-ORG-05. One public price per kilo per reference, with no sliding scale, from a single bag.

• Organic ceremonial grade matcha from Japan, shade grown, 70 mesh grind, 10 kg bag at €134.20 excl. VAT per kilo. Made for preparation in the cup.
• Organic grade AA matcha, stone ground, 1,000 mesh, 20 kg bag at €81.40 excl. VAT per kilo. Umami notes, holds up against milk.
• Organic culinary grade matcha, 80 mesh, 20 kg bag at €32.26 excl. VAT per kilo. The richest reference in EGCG in the catalogue, designed for processing.
